The KC-125 Fiber Connector Cleaner is designed for use at FTTX worksites. Fiber Connector Cleaner cleans OptiTap plug connectors on FTTX drop cables. It safely removes contaminates off of the ferrule end face. Anti-static cloth minimizes contaminant attraction and produces less than 70 pcs/CFM of particles making it ideal for clean rooms.
The KC-125 fiber connector cleaner provides 500+ cleanings per unit. Cleaning cassette is refillable,which reduces costs.
The KC-125M is a single slot model for cleaning MPO/MTP connectors with pins (male). It is used on the exposed ferrules of fiber optic connectors on jumpers. Made of tough ABS resin, the reel type cleaner is perfect for both inside and out side plant applications.
The KC-125 refillable cassette cleaner features:
• Dry pre-washed micro-fiber cloth tape cleans the entire ferrule end-face, mitigating the migration of debris towards the fiber core and cladding
• Dense weave white micro-fiber cleaning fabric eliminates electrostatic charge
• Ergonomic lever advances the tape and retracts the tape shutter
• Yields more than 500 cleans per refillable tape reel
Replacement tape reels, single FBT-RS-01S or a set of six FBT-RS-01, are available separately.
