Network Materials Standard Terms & Conditions1. Application of conditions All estimates, quotations, services and goods supplied by Networkmaterials Ltd to customers are subject to these conditions and no variation will apply unless agreed by Networkmaterials Ltd in writing. 2. Prices All prices quoted are EXCLUSIVE OF VAT AND CARRIAGE, which will be added to all invoices at the date of the invoice. Networkmaterials Ltd reserves the right to alter prices without notice. New prices will always be advised when an order is placed. Unless otherwise stated in writing, all quotations are valid for 30 days from the date shown on the quotation. 3. Payment Customers who anticipate purchasing on a regular basis should apply for credit facilities by completing Networkmaterials credit application procedure. Payment other than by credit terms can be made in the following ways: a) Cash or Bankers draft with order. b) Cheque/Bacs payment with order. Please allow 3 working days after receipt of cheque by us for its clearance, before goods will be despatched. 4. Settlement Terms Without exception, invoices originated by Networkmaterials are due for payment within 30 days end of month. No further goods will be supplied to a customer’s account should any overdue invoices remain unpaid at the end of the month in which payment is due. Networkmaterials Ltd reserves the right to withdraw all credit facilities if payments are not received on time. 5. Availability Networkmaterials Ltd aim to maintain stock levels for immediate shipment, but should certain items be out of stock, these will be placed on back order for shipment as soon as stocks arrive. Networkmaterials Ltd shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay, for any reason, in fulfilling a customer’s order. 6. Loss or damage in transit Networkmaterials Ltd will replace goods that fail to arrive or arrive in damaged condition. All such claims must be made in writing to Networkmaterials Ltd within 7 days of despatch, failing which no claim will be entertained by Networkmaterials Ltd. For export orders this notification period is extended to 60 days. 7. Defective goods Unless otherwise stated in writing, the warranty on goods supplied is limited to faulty materials or workmanship and only for a period of 12 months after the date of despatch by Networkmaterials Ltd. If the goods should prove defective, Networkmaterials Ltd will arrange for a refund or replacement as requested. No warranty will apply to goods that have been modifi ed or altered in any way, or to defective goods, to which unauthorised repairs have been made. Networkmaterials Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense or injury resulting from defectiveness of the goods. 8. Return of goods Goods may only be returned to Networkmaterials Ltd by prior arrangement. Goods returned for reasons other than being faulty or defective must be unused, in saleable condition and in the original packing, sent freight paid to Networkmaterials Ltd. Such returns will be subject to a 10% handling charge. Goods that have been specially made, modified or purchased for a customer may not be returned for credit. No return goods will be accepted more than 30 days after to goods were despatched by Networkmaterials Ltd (extended to 45 days for export orders) and no credit will be allowed unless supported by Networkmaterials Ltd’s goods return authorisation number. 9. Accuracy of information While Networkmaterials Ltd make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information supplied, Networkmaterials Ltd accept no liability for any loss, damages or injury arising directly or indirectly from any error or omission of such information. 10. Reservation of title All goods remain the property of the Networkmaterials Ltd until payment for the goods has been received in full.
